The Executive Development Programme in General Management is a 1 year programme and the live virtual classes will be conducted on Sunday mornings.

The live classes for this course will be held on Sundays from 10.00 a.m. to 01.15 p.m. IST.

The Executive Development Programme in General Management is an online programme and classes for this programme are primarily live, virtual, and Instructor-led. However, there are 2 campus immersion sessions of 3 days each that has been built in as an integral component from an academic perspective and participants will also have the opportunity to experience a world-class ambience and to be part of the physical face-to-face classroom sessions with eminent faculty of IIM Raipur at the newly constructed state of the art campus.

This curriculum for the Executive Development Programme in General Management is curated and designed by IIM Raipur and the classes for the programme are delivered by eminent faculty from IIM Raipur. After completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion/participation from IIM Raipur.

No, this is an executive certificate programme, especially curated for working professionals, offered by IIM Raipur in partnership with Edureka HigherEd.

Upon successful completion of this programme, you will get a certificate of completion or participation – as applicable – from IIM Raipur.

The 6-month-long career support service extended by Right Management India, to you as a participant of this course, includes in-person contact hours every month covering counselling, career coaching sessions as well as intensive interview cracking sessions. You will also receive intensive 3 months of Job Search Support for the last 3 months. In addition to these individualised and personalised services, you will also be given access to the RightEverywhere platform which holds a repository of tools on self-discovery, career alignment, action planning, salary negotiation techniques etc.

If you miss a live class of this programme, the recording of the same will be made available within the next 24 hours which you can subsequently access 24X7 for the entire duration of the programme. However, in order to calculate your attendance requirement for successful completion, only attendance to live sessions will be considered for calculations.

The classes for the Executive Development Programme in General Management will be conducted by eminent faculty from IIM Raipur. This course may also include some sessions delivered by external faculty, Industry professionals, and executives as deemed appropriate by IIM Raipur.

This programme is conducted in a live and virtual mode and therefore participants are expected to begin and complete the programme with the rest of the batch and so this programme needs to be completed within the specified duration i.e. 12 months – as per the schedule published from time to time during the course of the programme.

The Programme Advisor/Admission Manager at Edureka HigherEd will do a preliminary eligibility check with the interested candidates. This may include for initial scrutiny against specified eligibility criteria like educational qualifications, years of experience, details of current employment, and proficiency in English amongst others. Once eligibility has been established, qualifying candidates may register online at edureka.co and proceed to pay the down payment or the full programme fee online. Candidates will also be required to complete a detailed application form and furnish soft copies of necessary documents for validation and selection. Candidates will be required to pay the programme fee as per the options chosen by the candidate. If you have any questions about the kind of supporting documents that needs to be uploaded, please speak with our Programme Advisor/ Admission Manager who will be able to guide you through the process. All the information and documentation provided by you at the time of enrolment will be duly verified by Edureka HigherEd and the Institute and if it is determined that the information and/or documentation provided by you is inadequate and/or does not substantiate the entry requirements and prerequisite criteria to the course, then your enrolment to the course will be cancelled with immediate effect and you may run the risk of forfeiting the fee paid.

In order to secure admission to this programme, you will be required to submit soft copies of the following documents
  • Passport size photograph.
  • ID proof (Copy of Adhaar card, driving licence, passport or similar).
  • Copy of Degree Certificate or Marksheet of last semester as available.
  • Declaration of details of work experience as mandated.

Indian participants will need to pay INR 2,28,000 + GST, i.e. a total of INR 2,69,040 as programme fee. Participants residing outside India will be required to pay USD 4500 as programme fees.

The programme fee includes the following:
  • Tuition charges for all live and synchronous sessions, learning materials, case studies, tutorials, simulations, and assessment charges/exam fees as applicable
  • Boarding and lodging on twin sharing basis at IIM Raipur campus during the 2 on-campus immersion sessions
  • One-time fee for registration as Executive Alumni of IIM Raipur
  • 6 months long individualised and personalised career support services offered by Right Management India, a global leader in Career Transitioning and Management
  • Access to a self-paced course in Entrepreneurship offered under the aegis of India Accelerator

There are 2 campus immersion sessions scheduled as a part of this programme. While boarding and lodging are included in the fee, participants will have to bear the cost of travel to and from the IIM Raipur campus. Also, participants will be provided accommodation on a twin-sharing basis during the on-campus visit. However, in case of unavailability of twin sharing or if participants have a preference for single occupancy, an additional charge will be applicable and will be borne by the participants.

Yes, Edureka HigherED has tied up with financial service providers. Should you require any assistance with financial loans, our Programme Advisor/Admission Manager will be happy to support you with the guidelines for the same. However, the decision to grant the loan will depend on the adequacy of the documents submitted and will be at the sole discretion of the respective financing agency/bank. The loan itself will be based on a mutual agreement exclusively between you and the financing agency/bank and Edureka HigherEd will have no role whatsoever in this financing arrangement between the two parties. In order to proceed with the loan, you will need to complete your online registration with Edureka HigherEd, pay the specified down payment and share the necessary documents for validation.

Yes, if your credit or debit card has a payment through EMI option enables, you can choose an EMI option at the time of paying through your credit or debit card. If you choose to opt out of the course with more than 21 days remaining for course commencement, you may raise the request for the same with our Student Relationship Manager and you will be eligible to get an appropriate refund post deduction of a penalty amount Rs.5900 if you are an Indian participant & USD 125 if you are a foreign participant. You will not be eligible for any refund if the refund request is received within 21 days or less from course commencement date.

Edureka HigherEd, in partnership with an Institute, where applicable, reserves the right to cancel courses at any time owing to reasons like insufficient enrolments, trainer indisposition, pandemic-related or force majeure events. In the event that Edureka HigherEd or the Institute cancels a scheduled course, the participant will receive a full fee refund for the same. All refunds, in such cases, will be processed within 30 days from the intimation of refund approvals by Edureka HigherEd.

Valid requests for refund of fees on account of cancellation of enrolment by the participant shall be considered only if such requests are received at least 21 days prior to class start of the programme. On receipt of such valid requests for refund of fees, the down payment or fee paid shall be refunded after deducting a penalty of Rs.5900 for Indian participants & USD 125 for foreign participants. All refunds, in such cases, will be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request. In all other cases, no refund shall be made.

No, in the normal course, we do not encourage transfers to subsequent batches as it impacts your learning and career goals. Additionally, batches are monitored by the institute and are run as per their standards. However, in exceptional & compelling circumstances, you may raise your concern and transfer request with your Student Relationship Manager (SRM) who will present your case to the Institute for approval. You will be eligible to transfer to a subsequent batch if and only if the request is explicitly approved by the Institute(s). Do note that such batch transfer requests need to be made at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the programme.

In the event that your transfer request to a subsequent batch is approved by the Institute, any amount paid by you within the current financial year shall be considered as advance payment towards the next batch. However, you will be required to pay the following additional charges
  • A Batch Transfer fee of Rs.5900
  • Differential amount of fees if there is a difference in the program fee between the 2 batches
  • Actual costs for tools/simulations/licences or learning materials – as determined by the Institute
  • If the batch transfer request is approved more than one financial year apart, only the base fee paid will be considered as advance payment towards the next batch. The tax component will not be adjusted towards the applicable for the current batch you are being transferred to

You can attend the live classes of this programme using a laptop or desktop with basic specifications. However, in order to optimize your learning experience we recommend that you have the following;

Once your admission to the programme is confirmed, a dedicated Student Relationship Manager (SRM) will be assigned to you and you may direct all your queries and questions related to the content and delivery to you assigned SRM. Alternately, since the classes are all live and virtual, you will also have the opportunity to raise your academics related questions and doubts with the faculty either in real-time during the class or offline through our LMS.
